What is your cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy states that a 24 hour notice is required in the event of a cancellation and that a missed appointment will be charged the full amount of the time booked.

The charges of the above mentioned treatment may not be covered by or may exceed your policy benefits.

Do you offer direct billing?

I offer direct billing to Blue Cross, Canada Life, Greenshield of Canada, & Manulife. If you have another insurance policy provider I will provide you with a receipt for reimbursement. Please provide plan details prior to your first appointment. It is your responsibility to keep track of your insurance coverage.

Is there parking available?

Street parking is available on Osborne St. There is side street parking available on Baltimore Ave. and Oakwood Ave. There is a parking restriction during rush hour on Osborne St.

How to get into the building?

You will have to buzz Oakwood Wellness group for entry into the building. The doors are locked at all times. If you are experiencing difficulty please send a text.

What should I expect for my first treatment?

Your health history and consent form will be reviewed prior to your first treatment. If you need to fill out a form on day of appointment please arrive 10 minutes before scheduled time. Your massage therapist will ask questions regarding your health history, complete an assessment and discuss treatment goals.

Do you offer online booking?

Unfortunately, at this time I do not offer online booking. You can visit my Instagram page @ac.rmt, there is a link on the main page and will take you directly to the site. You can call or fill out the booking form on the website to inquire about booking a massage treatment. I am happy to hear from you and assist you in your healthcare needs.
