The summer months flew on by. It has been so lovely to be back in the South Osborne community. As we are approaching end of year-I want to thank everyone for their support.

I have added a new treatment service; IASTM- Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. I have removed Hot Stone treatments. You can visit the Massage treatments page for further description of IASTM.

Summer newsletter went out to clients. I have moved my practice from Corydon back to South Osborne. Thank you for all your support in this move. I am looking forward to seeing familiar faces and new faces by referrals.

I have made some updates in regards to contact method. Due to numerous unwanted messages, I have removed my phone number off the website. You can now email Admin@ashleycalderrmt.com to inquire about bookings, or use the booking form. Please check your spam/junk folder as replies do go there from time to time.

Hot Stone massages are not being offered in the summer months this year. Stay tuned for when I will be offering this treatment service again. I am looking to expand infant & Child age massage. These treatments are offering in 30 & 60 minutes only.

Enjoy your summer months :)

I recently furthered my education in Infant & Pediatric massage. I will be updating the website to reflect Treatment length and pricing. Infants & Pediatric ages need and benefit from massage therapy too. I am happy to be part of this community.

Last month, we were able to drop off donations to Sunshine House, and a donation is going to be made to North Point Douglas Women’s Centre. A gracious thank you to clients for their commitment to the community. Lastly, we also helped 3 abandoned kittens with milk to keep them thriving and healthy.

There is a variety a moments to recognise & celebrate. A gracious thank you to all the clients for all the generous donations and monetary donations to make 2023 a success.

Together we were able to collect hygiene items, donations, and winter wear for community centres and outreaches. We were able to donate 85 pairs of socks to Main Street Project for their Socktober drive. Also, able to feed 14 people in December, and drop off items at North End Women’s Centre. Monetary donations collected was donated for Cancer Research.

In clinic news, I made an increase to Hot Stone Treatments, effective January 8, 2024.

A big big thank you to existing clients who continue to refer their friends, family and coworkers to the clinic.

I will be collecting hygiene items, menstrual products, new socks/underwear, gently used winter gear all year round. It takes a village to help our community.

A Fall newsletter was sent out recently. To summarize newsletter- For the third year in a row I am collecting socks for Main Street Project & a drop off location for anyone in the community. If you are able please bring a pair or two to help keep people’s feet warm during the colder months.

Today is the official day of price changes in the clinic. Be sure to check the website. Prices are subject to change.

No shows/late cancellation notices are subject to a fee per policy. Failure to pay fee could result in no appointments being booked in the future.

Lastly, a reminder to book your appointments in advance. The last 3 months get busier and limited availability.

WE are all hoping that construction is wrapped up this month and delays in driving will be a minimum. Reminder to give yourself enough time to get to your appointment to avoid causing yourself unnecessary stress.

Thank you always for your continuing support and your referrals.

Miigwetch/Many Thanks,

Ashley Calder, RMT

A newsletter was sent out last week (August 7. 2023) reflecting a price increase that will come into effect in October 2023.

Construction is still happening in and around the clinic. Delays on Jubilee, Osborne St., Pembina Hwy, Grant, Taylor, Stafford. Most construction is supposed to be wrapped up in October sometime. Give yourself extra time to get to the clinic on time. The construction reminder is included in email reminder.

I have had to deal with many spam emails recently, not where I want my time spent. If your new to this website or wanting to book an appointment, you will now need to include a referral name to the clinic.

Lastly, I collect hygiene products all year round for shelters in our city. If you have unused products or want to donate please bring with you at your next appointment.

Enjoy the rest of Summer!!!

There is some exciting things happening in the clinic for the month of April and coming in May. For the month of April there is no additional cost to have a cupping treatment. If your an existing client please let me know prior to your appointment. If your new to my practice and never heard of cupping than you can head over the the Massage Treatments page to read if it could be the right fit for you.

Some of you may have noticed that I started sending out a Newsletter once a month. This is a great tool for you to stay up to date on things happening in the clinic. I am still navigating the newsletter thing, they say things get better over time, here’s hoping.

Have a lovely weekend!!

For the month of February I was collecting donations in support of Cancer research. Clients who left tips & monetary donations were donated to this cause. I had friends and family who donated directly through the link. Thank you so much!!!

I created a link tree recently. I will update this as I go along. I have some exciting plans for my link tree account. You will be able to access both my Instagram and Link Tree account from my website. Thank you for following along on my journey.

This December, I am collecting donations on behalf of CommUNITY 204. Helping the community is near and dear to my heart. The holiday season is hard on many individuals and families. Please be kind this holiday season, be patient with one another, & help one another.

You don’t need a massage appointment to donate. Please text or DM on Instagram to to make arrangements to drop off or for me to pick up your donation. I am collecting donations until December 16, 2022.

You can visit my Instagram page to see more incentives to donate this year. As my THANK YOU to everyone who donates you will be entered into my GIVEback GIVEaway. Prize pack valued at $150. I went to Local Businesses/Local Makers to purchase each item.

Last year, I collected donations at the clinic for the month of November.

November is domestic violence awareness month. This year the donations will be going to Sakeenah Homes - Muslim Women’s Shelter.

If you are able please bring in any item on the list.

Miigwech/Many Thanks,

Ashley Calder, RMT

This is the fifth year that Main Street project has been collecting socks for Socktober for the month of October.

Last year, we collected 61 pairs of socks to donate to help keep people’s feet warm and covered through the winter months. This year, I will have a bin outside my treatment room for anyone who wishes to donate. I have a goal to beat last year’s amount collected.

MSP collects socks for individuals who come into Protective Care to all their shelter community members who need a dry pair of socks. People experiencing homelessness are at risk of developing serious feet health issues including infections, ulcers, ingrown toenails, and nerve damage due to diabetes.

Their goal this year is to collect 30, 000 pairs of socks. Let’s help out our community. Bring a pair or two at your next massage or donate online through MSP.

This year we were able to donate 97 pairs of socks to MSP.

Miigwech, Many Thanks
